Decided to up my oatmeal game and add some delish stewed the MONTAGUE tree plums from @montagueofficial to my usual oats! ✨ Recipe: 6 the MONTAGUE tree plums, 1 tbsp raw cane sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract mixed together in a saucepan, brought to a boil and then simmered for 10 minutes. Juicy, sticky and packed with flavour, this recipe is such a winner 😍💕 #theMONTAGUEtree #montague

Homemade #vegan avo smash!! 🥑 Just used half an avo, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chilli flakes, smashed on lightly toasted sourdough bread 😋 so easy and nourishing ☀️

Buddha bowls 😋 brown rice, avocado, soy + ginger + garlic + rice malt syrup marinated tofu, baked sweet potato and sesame oil broccoli, mushrooms and beans. Made 3 serves using one block of tofu and kept them in the fridge for work lunches! Been loving meal prep so much recently 😍💫

Made the BEST blueberry pancakes I've ever had the other day!!! 😋 Just a mix of self raising flour, coconut oil, chia, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar and blueberries (making them vegan and decently healthy woo), topped with yoghurt, blueberries and maple syrup 😍🙌🏼

Meal prepping has been life now that I’ve started working full time! 😅 Made a huge batch of this roast veggie salad up for my lunches and it lasted me till Thursday! Cous cous, cooked separately and added to a big tray of roasted veggies (potatoes and pumpkin with olive oil in the oven first, then added all the other goodies like capsicum, zucchini and eggplant). Mixed through the veggies with some lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper, tossed through some spinach and Bob’s your uncle! Lunch sorted for the next few days! 🤗😋 #vegan #mealprep

Best breakfast this morning ahead of a big day 🙌🏼 felt like something savoury for a change (?!!!) so decided to go with multigrain sourdough with homemade pesto, avocado, mushrooms, and grilled tomato 👅 ps I also had 2 more pieces of toast after this hahaha

Apple pie oats are perfect for wintry mornings - kinda like a hug from the inside out 😇 RECIPE: 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 cup boiling water and half a diced apple - chuck in the microwave for 1:30 (covered!!), stir through 1/4 cup soy milk, pinch of cinnamon and ginger. Top with dried cranberries and maple syrup. Toooo good.

Grateful every day for pasta 🙌🏼😂 love whipping up a simple dairy-free sauce like this one - literally just 2 cans of tomatoes, garlic, onions, herbs, spinach and whatever other veggies and herbs I had lying around! Toooo easy 👌🏽
