Big ol chocolatey breakfast for Easter Sunday this morning! Breakfast today was eaten waaaaay too early for work this morning, so here's a lunch from the weekend! Multigrain toast w avocado, spinach, tomato and heaps of salt n pepper

Cacao pancakes made using my vegan buckwheat pancake recipe with added cacao powder + mashed banana, layered with bananas, strawberries + chocolate ganache (@coconutmagic coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup)! Perfect start to the weekend

Coconut cream + chia seed oats using my @thesourcebulkfoods porridge blend, cooked with rice milk and topped with raspberries, blueberries + passionfruit! Happy weekend everyone 🌞

Super late breakfast today was mesquite, cinnamon + vanilla oatmeal cooked with rice milk + chia seeds and topped with banana, frozen raspberries, hemp seeds + dried mulberries!

Totally craving this delicious vegan pizza I made a while back!!!! Very excited that it's just over a month until I'm reunited with my kitchen, but definitely going to miss my Canadian second home! Personal account @lisakaraki has all my exchange snaps for anyone who's interested 😊💞

Lunch today was this killer sandwich - hummus, avo, alfalfa, tomato, cucumber and spinach on multigrain bread!

Weetbix, health-food style 😂 Weetbix with banana, chia seeds, dried mulberries and cacao nibs served w rice milk!

Yesterday's breakfast was exactly the same as the day before's it was too good! 🙊 Rice milk vanilla oats with chia seeds and hazelnut butter, topped with banana, dried mulberries and chocolate hazelnut butter! Honestly could eat this combination every day haha

Breakfast today was honestly too good I can't even describe it!!! My usual rice milk + chia seed oats cooked with heaaaaps of vanilla and 1 tsp of hazelnut butter, topped with banana, vegan chocolate hazelnut butter and dried mulberry crumbs. It was like eating a huge bowl of warm gooey nutella-y goodness hahaha I'm sensing a breakfast repeat of this baby tomorrow!

Breakfast for me + bf this morning (only one looked good enough for photos 😂) rice milk porridge with bananas, cinnamon + blueberries!

Lunchhhhh. Avocado and hommus on toast with tomatoes, radish, salt n pepper

Made the most incredible raw vegan caramel slice last week! Didn't measure ingredients but the base was a mixture of nuts, dates, coco oil and sea salt, caramel was dates, hazelnut butter, vanilla and mesquite powder, and topping was raw cacao powder, coco oil and maple syrup 👅💦

Back home in Perth!!!! Home cooked lunch today was some baked potato wedges (no oil) seasoned with these amazing blends by @mingleseasoning! I used Siena and Sammy and these were without a doubt the yummiest chippies I've made!

Chai spiced vegan buckwheat pancakes (basic recipe on the blog) with pan-fried caramelised bananas cooked in @coconut magic coconut oil, walnuts, coconut flakes and coconut cream!

Three big potatoes baked with paprika, garlic powder and salt (no oil!!) served with hommus and tomato sauce mmmmm could eat this for lunch every dayyyyy

Mashed banana, chia seed, vanilla + carob oats made with rice milk with more banana, strawberries, dried mulberries and coconut flakeys 👅
