This was the 8th set, we completed 10. _ Set 1 - 1 pull-up, 1 toe to bar, 1 pull-up. 2 pushup knee tucks, 2 dead stop burpees, 2 pushup knee tucks. _ Set 2 - 2 pull-ups, 2 toes to bar, 2 pull-ups. 4 pushup knee tucks, 4 dead stop burpees, 4 dead stop pushup knee tucks. _ Set 3 - ... do I really have to explain lol... just Ladder up by “one” with the pushups and “Toes to bar” and ladder up by “two” with the pushups and burpees.
